Tom Stidder, 44, the founder and director of TCS Turfcare Equipment, has more than 22 years’ experience in the technical side of the turf-care machinery business.
From being a dealer technician in the late 1990s to working as an EMEA aftermarket operations manager for a major manufacturer in recent years, he has not only provided technical services, but also produced and delivered a significant amount of technical training at all levels in Europe and the Middle East.
His areas of expertise include workshop and machinery condition improvement; staff technical skills development; tournament preparation; sprayer set up and training; and resolving after-cut appearance issues.
